Leadership in a Nutshell

Jun 14, 2022

In this episode of the Leadership In A Nutshell podcast, we shall discuss the current landscape for accountability and how it is fraught with fear, and how the fear of accountability can impact team dynamics and individual relationships within the service industry. No one wins operating out of fear. But overcoming our fears by learning and getting better at what we do is better than simply allowing fear to stay.  We will also discuss the importance of having a balance between an abundance mentality and a scarcity mentality. As we lean into aligned accountability and agreements with others to help each one of us win. The landscape is constantly changing and we should look for ways to adapt and fill in the blanks accordingly.

Tweetable Quotes:

“When you have people that don't do what you're asking to, Generally. They're not happy. And even if they're getting some results, but they're not following the process or whatever it is, people that don't win, aren't happy. You've got to find a way to help them win. Or you've got to find a way to help them win elsewhere. And many times, again, I'm not saying go fire your team. What I'm saying. Get Fired up for your team  and it’s your responsibility to identify what this looks like.”
