Who and what has fear? Have you ever been held back by fear? I want you to know that fear is 100% natural. It’s part of being a human; and every leader, no matter how great, will experience it. I want to talk to you today about managing the components of fear that serve you, and eliminating the ones that don’t with three actions that will help you understand yourself better, and help your teams know what to expect from you.
