One of the biggest myths in leadership is that we must always adjust for scarcity for the good of our business and the team. I’m here to tell you that there is a better way that will be more beneficial to your team as well as more sustainable.

We have this belief that we need to have sacrifice, but this model will challenge the misconceptions of lack and scarcity and shed light on the competition that is going on in your mind.
